Another Pedestrian Hit
The second accident in less than a week involving a pedestrian in Larchmont left one man with minor injuries Friday
at Lafayette Road and Huguenot Drive in Larchmont (Town of Mamaroneck)
Police and witnesses say the driver made a left turn onto Lafayette Road from North Chatsworth and hit another man who was crossing the street and wearing headphones.The impact cracked the driver’s windshield.
The pedestrian was taken to Sound Shore hospital and released with minir injuried to the hip and leg; the driver was not charged.
