from earlier this week: A 7- week old baby girl died Sunday morning after a 911 call in Larchmont Village. Police say the death is not considered suspicious at this time,

but refuse to elaborate further.
 
Police Chief John Poleway said the department received a call at 7 a.m. Emergency workers responded and were unable to resusitate the infant, according to reports.  She was taken to Sound Shore Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

Westchester District Attorney Spokesman Lucian Chalfin told theLoop there is no reason to suspect criminal activity, and the incident is under review by a County child fatality review team. The report on the incident is sealed, he said.

"A determination is a long way off," according to the DA’s office.

Larchmont Village police say they will have more information available shortly.
