Larchmont Acres: Smoke Again

I was at Trader Joe’s this morning and noticed the smoke, so I shot a quick pix.

Thanks for the last post on these folks. I called the DOH and emailed them a copy of the attached photo.

    This seems to be happening every now and then, for months.
    Where are the inspectors who are supposed to be making sure that it stops happening?
