Leonard Edwards, a self-employed plumber, is the first-ever winner of the new Lotto spin-off game Sweet Million.  He bought his $1,000,000 winning ticket on October 12 at the Lachmin Grocery in Mt. Vernon.  Edwards took his prize in a lump-sum payment of $660,300.  He plans to set aside a portion of it for his retirement.  Beyond that, he has "no official plans."
