Town of Mamaroneck Police said two boys left the International House of Pancakes at 1375 Boston Post Road without paying their bill for a whopping $56.63. No arrests have been made. UNRULY PASSENGER
A Westchester County Bee-Line bus operator requested assistance removing a passenger from his bus at about 7:30 p.m. on Post Road and Kingston Road. The woman, who was was allegedly using obscene language, exited the bus and left the area on foot. June 21

YOUTH COMPLAINT
A resident complained that kids were running through his property in the area of Heathcote Road and Sherbrooke Road at about 9 p.m. The kids were gone upon police arrival. June 21

NOISE COMPLAINT
A Nelson Road resident said kids were playing basketball and making noise at about 9:30 p.m. at Edgewood School. A group of kids was located walking in front of the school and said they would leave the area. June 21

STOP SIGN MOVED
A caller reported a stop sign leaning against a tree on Brewster Road at about 10:30 p.m. Police found the sign, believed to be moved from the Brewster Road and Chesterfield Road intersection. June 21

YOUTH COMPLAINT
A caller reported noisy kids at George Field Park at about 11 p.m. The kids scattered upon police arrival. June 21

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A caller reported hearing a woman screaming at about 12:30 a.m. at a residence on Hillview Drive. Police awoke the couple in the home, who said they were both asleep. Patrol continued to check the area, and all was quiet. June 22

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A Jefferson Road resident said somebody rang his doorbell at about 1 a.m., but was gone when he answered the door. Police checked the area and all was quiet. June 22

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A caller said a suspicious car was making frequent stops, not delivering newspapers, in the area of Dickel Road and Post Road at about 6:15 a.m. Police located the car, which was, in fact, delivering newspapers. June 22

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
A homeless man was allegedly harassing people walking to the train station in the area of East Parkway and Spencer Place at about 6:45 a.m. Police checked the area but could not locate the suspect. June 22

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A Cohawney Road resident said an unknown person entered his garage and moved a bucket, which was against a wall, into the center of his garage at about 4:30 p.m. The resident said it was the second time it has happened. He also said someone removed his mailbox on June 19. No arrests have been made. June 22

LARCENY
A Lee Road resident reported at about 5 p.m. that somebody stole one of her garbage cans. June 22

HIT AND RUN
A Clarendon Road woman said a gray BMW backed into her car and drove away on East Parkway at about 5 p.m. June 22

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
Patrol checked the area around East Parkway and Spencer Place for a homeless man allegedly being a nuisance to train patrons at about 6:30 am. He was not found. June 23

ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A Forest Lane resident reported a sick raccoon in her garbage can around noon. The animal left without incident. June 23

YOUTH COMPLAINT
Two kids were throwing debris off the Freightway Garage at about 6:30 p.m. Police advised the kids to leave the area. No damage was observed. June 23

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of loud music coming from Chase Road Park at about midnight. Police found the area to be quiet. June 23

GARBAGE COMPLAINT
A caller reported a bag of yard debris in the roadway on Brite Avenue at about 7 a.m. Police moved the brown lawn bags off the road. June 24

TREE SERVICE
A large tree branch was leaning on primary wires at about 8:30 a.m. on Huntington Road. Police closed Huntington Road at Putnam Road and notified Greenacres school officials of the situation. Con Edison and a tree service removed the branch. June 24

ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A baby skunk, possibly rabid, was found in the backyard of a Spier Road residence at about 6:30 p.m. The homeowner did not want the animal dispatched and said a trapper would be contacted. June 24

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
A Ridgecrest West resident said a 40-year-old woman who identified herself as Nina and a nanny for a family on Post Road came to her home and said she needed money immediately for a family emergency on June 21. The resident gave the woman $20. The resident said the nanny promised she would pay the money back but she has not seen her since. June 24

A Richbell Road woman said she came home around 8:45 p.m. and her back door was open. Police checked the inside of
the home and everything appeared to be in order. June 24

A caller complained of noisy youths in Wynmor Park at about 11:30 p.m. Police found the area quiet. June 24

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of a loud party on Hickory Lane. Police found no music or violations, but a resident said he was hosting a small pool party and would advise everyone to keep it down. June 24

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
An Axtell Drive resident said he was awakened around 1:30 a.m. when his car alarm sounded. The man said he looked out his window and saw a large gray sedan driving east on Axtelll Drive with its headlights off. Neither of the resident’s cars had been entered. Police could not locate the suspicious vehicle. June 25

POWER OUTAGE
A truck driver was turning his truck around in a Paddington Road driveway when he hit a low-hanging wire, snapping one of the lines, at about 10 a.m. The damage caused a power outage in the immediate area. A Con Edison emergency crew responded. June 25

A Lee Road resident said an unknown vehicle struck his 2009 Mazda while it was parked at his residence. June 25

A Secor Road resident complained of loud noise coming from the park area near Wynmor Road at about 9:45 p.m. Police observed a small group of youths who were advised to leave the area. June 25

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A caller complained of a large group of youths on Kent Road breaking bottles at about 10 p.m. The youths said they were going to a friend’s house. There were no signs of disorderly conduct. June 25

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of a loud party on Springdale Road at about 11:45 p.m. Police found an adult party on Aspen Road, and the resident turned down the music. June 26

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A Brown Road resident reported an occupied car in front of his residence just after midnight. When police arrived, the caller said a young male went to the rear of a neighbor’s home. The visitor was a friend of the neighbor’s daughter. He was asked to leave. June 26

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A caller reported disorderly youths in the intersection of Lee Road and Ewart Road at about 3 a.m. Police searched the area with negative results. June 26

An Aspen Road resident reported that an unknown person shattered the window on her 2007 Toyota sometime overnight. It was unclear if any items had been taken. June 26

IDENTITY THEFT
A Bradford Road woman said somebody has been opening credit card accounts in her name. June 26

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller reported loud music from a Southwoods Lane residence at about 6 p.m. Police walked through the graduation party and found the noise to be at an acceptable level. June 26

BURGLARY ATTEMPT
A man reported an attempted burglary at his sister’s Brite Avenue home at about 6:15 p.m.. He said the rear door glass had been shattered. June 26

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A caller reported a man using a grinder to cut a bike lock near the train station at about 9 p.m. Police arrived to find a man, who said he was the owner of Central Taxi and that one of his drivers had left the bike several months earlier and did not have the key. No further police action was required. June 26

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of loud music coming from the same Southwoods Lane residence at about 10:30 pm. The homeowners turned the music off. June 26

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of loud music coming from a Cooper Road residence at about 11 p.m. Police observed people celebrating a graduation but did not think the music was too loud. The homeowner advised her guests to keep it down. June 26

Village of Mamaroneck police reported a suspicious car near Weinberg Nature Center around 8 p.m. Police checked the area with negative results. June 27

A Broadmoor Road resident said somebody was knocking on her side door just after midnight. Police did not find anyone on the property and checked the interior and exterior of the house. Everything appeared to be in good order. June 28

TOWN OF MAMARONECK

LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN AUTO ACCIDENT
A 56-year-old Mamaroneck man was charged with leaving the scene of an accident at about 7 p.m. on Weaver Street. Police said a woman called to report that a man merged into her lane on Palmer Avenue, causing damage to the driver’s side of her car. The woman said he then fled the scene. Police located him on Weaver Street. June 23

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A Hickory Grove Road woman said the "No Trespassing" sign on her property had been spray-painted. June 23

ID THEFT
A Seton Road woman said somebody used her credit card to purchase a Pocket Media Drive, valued at $140.40, and had it delivered to her home. June 25

BURGLARY
A Mohegan Road resident said somebody entered his home and left items in disarray sometime between 1 p.m. and 10 a.m. There was no report of missing property. June 27

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A Richbell Road woman said an unknown person damaged the passenger side of her car while it was parked at Stop & Shop at 1326 Boston Post Road at about 2:30 p.m. June 28

MAKING GRAFFITI
A town sign was painted with graffiti on Myrtle Boulevard near the Larchmont Gardens Duck Pond sometime between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. June 28


RYE

COUNTERFEITING/FORGERY
Lornell Nash, 45, of the Bronx was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and misdemeanor false impersonation after he allegedly tried to open a checking account at Capitol One Bank at 57 Purchase Street. The man allegedly said he wanted to open an account so he could buy a car. He presented a fake New Jersey driver’s license to the bank. Police later found that another man entered TD Bank at 38 Purchase Street that same day and tried to cash a check for $978.47. An employee suspected his identification was fake, and the man grabbed his identification and left, leaving the original check behind. Finally, police discovered that a woman entered Chase Bank at 73 Purchase Street on June 16 and tried to cash a check for $3,943.17. Police said the teller thought the identification appeared fake and the woman walked out, leaving the documents behind. June 22

A caller reported a suspicious white male wearing a round fishing cap possibly trying to break into cars on Hix Avenue at about 1 p.m. June 24

A Crescent Avenue woman said somebody punctured her right rear tire overnight. June 24

A 45-year-old Rye man was charged with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Old Post Road at about 12:30 p.m June 24

A Peck Avenue resident said her brother’s van window was shot out overnight. June 24

A caller said her bag was taken from her car while it was parked on Stuyvesant Avenue. June 24

A Rye man said his BMW was scratched with a key while it was parked in the Highland Hall lot. June 24

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED
Juan Oliva, a 40-year-old Stamford, Conn., man, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated at about 4:30 a.m. at Station Plaza. Police said they saw Oliva driving a 1997 Nissan Quest with a broken tail light. When police pulled him over and asked for his license and registration, Oliva allegedly twice showed them a bag of McDonald’s food instead. Oliva allegedly failed a field sobriety test and his blood-alcohol registered .20. June 25

A Hill Street resident said it appeared as though somebody walked on her 2009 Suburu and hit it with a metal object overnight. The damage was estimated at $2,000. June 25

A Grandview Avenue woman said somebody entered her unlocked car and took her purse. June 25

VANDALISM
A Thorne Place resident said somebody slashed a tire on two of his cars within the last two nights while they were parked in his driveway. June 25

A Platt Lane resident said she found two BB guns and a cartridge of BBs behind her home. June 25

LARCENY FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE
An Apawamis Avenue woman said her purse and wallet were taken from her Jeep either while it was parked in her driveway or while she was getting gas at a local station. June 25

A Sonn Drive resident said her mailbox was damaged overnight. June 25

A Harrison woman said her bag was stolen from her friend’s car on Brevoort Lane sometime between 11 p.m. and 1:45 a.m. June 27

RULES OF THE ROAD
A 44-year-old Stamford, Conn., man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at about 10 a.m. at Cottage Street and Midland Avenue. Police said they pulled the man over after witnessing him driving without a seat belt while talking on his cell phone. June 27

A Walden Lane woman said her car was broken into overnight and items were stolen. June 27

A Beverly Drive resident said there has been increasing damage to her fence that is adjacent to Boston Post Road. June 28

A North Barry Avenue resident said a landscaper urinated in front of his property at about 1 p.m. The man was gone upon police arrival. June 21

FIGHT IN PROGRESS
Two men were involved in a verbal altercation that became physical at about 10:30 p.m. on East Boston Post Road. Neither man wanted to file charges. June 21

CAR ACCIDENT
A 41-year-old Harrison man lost control of his car and hit a Toyota driven by a Mamaroneck woman at about 6 p.m. Both were transported to Sound Shore Medical Center. June 21

A caller complained of a loud party on Harrison Avenue at about 11 p.m. Police said the condition was corrected. June 21

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of firecrackers being set off on Grand Street at about 11 p.m. The offenders were gone upon police arrival. June 21

DOMESTIC DISUPTE
A 24-year-old Mamaroneck man was charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest at Cafe Mozart on Mamaroneck Avenue at about 11 p.m. An off-duty police officer said he saw the man punch the woman he was with at the restaurant. June 21.

A 30-year-old Mamaroneck man was arrested for having a suspended license on West Boston Post Road at about 12:30 a.m. June 22

ASSAULT
A Prospect Avenue man said he was punched by his roommate at about 1:45 a.m. The roommate said he was bitten by the other man. Neither wanted to file charges. June 22

ACCIDENT INVOLVING A PEDESTRIAN
A 43-year-old Bronxville man was struck by a car driven by a 39-year-old Pleasantville woman at about 7:55 a.m. on East Boston Post Road. The woman said the man stepped out of his truck and into traffic. Her side-view mirror hit his arm. June 22

LARCENY FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE
A bag was stolen from a car parked on Halstead Avenue sometime overnight on June 19. There was no sign of forced entry. June 22

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
An employee at the Mamaroneck Community Nursery School said a man kept coming by to see the pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church on Fenimore Road. The employee said the man was making her uncomfortable. No arrests were made. June 22

ASSAULT/ROBBERY
A 42-year-old man said he was assaulted by two men on June 19 at about 10:30 p.m. and robbed of an undetermined amount of cash while walking in a parking lot on North Barry Avenue and Boston Post Road. The incident is under investigation but no arrests have been made. June 22

YOUTH COMPLAINT
Police received a report of kids in cars, possibly drinking, at about 5:30 p.m. on East Boston Post Road. Police located the kids, who were dispersing, and observed no drinking or criminal mischief. June 22

A caller said kids were breaking bottles on Palmer Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. The youths were gone upon police arrival. June 22

WARRANT
A 24-year-old Mamaroneck man was arrested at about 1 p.m. on Mamaroneck Avenue on an outstanding warrant from New Rochelle for harassment and assault. June 23

A caller said kids were on the roof of the recreation department building in Harbor Island Park at about 7:15 p.m. June 23

HIT AND RUN
A car parked in a rear lot at 1035 Old Post Road was struck by another car that left the scene sometime overnight. June 23

LARCENY FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE
A car window was smashed and a woman’s purse was stolen from a car that was parked on Walton Avenue between 7:30 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. June 23

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
Paint was splattered on a building on East Boston Post Road and marked with graffiti and black magic marker. June 24

DOMESTIC DISPUTE
A 26-year-old Rye Brook man was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct at about 6 a.m. at his mother’s residence on East Boston Post Road. Police said the man, who was violent and intoxicated, threatened police and had to be physically restrained. He was taken to Sound Shore Medical Center. June 25

ANIMAL COMPLAINT
Police received a report of a rabid squirrel on Raleigh Road at about 4:30 p.m. The animal was gone upon police arrival. June 25

ARREST
Steve Thompson, a 57-year-old Mamaroneck man, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor, at about 5:30 p.m. on Halstead Avenue. An off-duty police officer said he saw three kids approach Thompson as he was walking down the street. Thompson then went into a nearby liquor store, returned with a brown bag, handed it to one of the kids, and accepted money. The man then accepted more money before police intervened. The youths, two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old, were released to their parents and no charges were filed against them. June 25

ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A Jensen Avenue resident said there was a large snake in their yard at about 7:30 p.m. The resident’s daughter, who is a veterinarian, took possession of the snake. June 25

NOISE COMPLAINT
A caller complained of a loud party on River Street at about 11:30 p.m. The homeowners said they gave their daughter permission to have a party, but would move the festivities indoors. June 25

BICYCLE STOLEN
A Raleigh bike was stolen from a Stuart Avenue porch sometime overnight. June 26

FIRE
Residents from a 16-unit complex were evacuated from an apartment building at 525 Halstead Avenue at about 1 p.m. after a fire started in the complex’s basement. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. June 26


FIGHT IN PROGRESS
A Mamaroneck man said he got involved with an unknown person over a road rage incident on Beach Avenue at about 2:30 p.m. The man sustained an injury to his eye but refused treatment and declined prosecution. June 26

ASSAULT
A man walking in the area of Maple Avenue and Prospect Avenue at about 3 a.m. said a man got out of his car, punched him in the eye, then got back into his car and fled. The man said nothing was taken from him and refused treatment. June 26

SUSPICOUS INCIDENT
A Cove Island resident said he thought somebody was taking a kayak at about 4:30 p.m. when they were actually recovering it. June 26

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF TO A MOTOR VEHICLE
A window was smashed and a bag was taken from a car parked on Shadow Lane sometime between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. The bag, which was unopened, was found a short distance away. June 27

LARCENY FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE
A laptop and laptop case were taken from a car parked on Carroll Avenue sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. There was no sign of forced entry. June 27

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT
A 35-year-old Palmer Terrace woman, who was bleeding from her nose and mouth, was taken to Sound Shore Medical Center at about 5:30 a.m. The woman said she was walking home and fell into a tree. Later, a bloody shoe, which presumably belonged to the woman, was found in the area. June 27

A car parked on Rockland Avenue was sideswiped sometime overnight by a car that left the scene. June 27

A tire was slashed and a bumper was scratched overnight on a  car parked on Old White Plains Road. June 27

A tire was slashed on a car parked on the corner of Sand Street and Prospect Avenue. June 27

A Wagner Avenue man said his car had been damaged during a June 20 argument when somebody threw a bottle at it. June 27

ASSAULT
A man was transported to Sound Shore Medical Center at about 9 p.m. with minor lacerations to the back of his head. The man apparently got into a fight with his friend over a soccer game on Halstead Avenue. No charges were filed. June 27

LARCENY FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE
A purse was taken from a car parked on Bishop Avenue sometime between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. There was no sign of forced entry. June 27
