Mamaroneck High School is hosting Jam for Sudan this Friday from 6 – 9 p.m. Stop by the baseball field and enjoy the outdoor concert, featuring live performances by 11 student bands. Friday is Teen Night at the Rye YMCA from 7 – 10 p.m. Enjoy access to the basketball courts, pool, workout equipment; or hang back with friends in the Teen Lounge and play video games, air hockey, pool, ping-pong or fooseball. Free for members, $5 nonmembers. www.ryeymca.org

Teens in seventh grade and up are invited to the Mamaroneck Library’s Teen Movie Night, featuring Sherlock Holmes this week. The Mamaroneck Artist’s Guild’s Trunk Show will feature work by Olga Bedoya, Beth Marlow, Mary Partian, Aurelio Castano and Dabanga Dos Santos. The show’s opening reception is on Thursday from 5 – 7 p.m. Show hours are: Thursday and Friday, noon – 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The Rye Historical Society is holding A Tribute to Rye, a gala fundraiser, this Saturday from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend this event honoring Rye. Purchase College is hosting the Music Conservatory of Westchester’s 80th Anniversary Celebration Concert, featuring pianist Garrick Ohlsson and student ensembles this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. There will also be a dinner prior to the concert at Rye Brook’s Doral Arrowood.
