The Rye Free Reading Room’s Fun Club is celebrating spring with stories, movies and crafts on Friday, March 26th. Kids ages 5 and up and can enjoy stories about Passover, Easter and April Fools Day while making a spring-themed decoration from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. www.ryelibrary.org
New Rochelle’s annual Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Bonnet Parade will be held on Saturday, March 27th at Davenport Park. The parade kicks off at 10:30 a.m. at the flagpole, followed by the Easter Egg Hunt. Complete a form online for the event: www.newrochelleny.com

FARMERS’ MARKETS
Along with the regular goodies found at the Indoor Farmers’ Market in Mamaroneck, there’s a special Cooking Contest this Saturday, March 27th from 10:30 – 12:30 p.m. Bring your culinary creation – made with the featured farmers market vegetable of the month – to the market for judging! The winner gets a farmers market gift certificate and their recipe will be published on the Community Markets website. Register in advance at the manager’s table.
Scarsdale’s Farmers’ Market takes place in the Village Hall’s lower level parking lot this Saturday, March 27th from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. You’ll find local and organic products like wine, meat, produce and jams each week.
